The Universities of Wisconsin Fostering Success Programs provide individualized guidance and resources for youth with interest in pursuing higher education who have lived experience in foster care, homelessness, or who are orphaned or wards of the court. 11 UW universities currently operate Fostering Success programs, and all 13 UW Universities have campus contacts for former foster youth.
